We aim to take active and athletic individuals to the next level.  Whether you have been dealing with multiple ongoing issues or sustained a new injury, we specialize in getting you back in the gym, on the field, or road faster and with a definitive plan.Â
Our first consult will involve discussing goals, your current strategies to plan what would be the best option for you.
We then book an Assessment to evaluate how you move, how strong you are, take a full history, and ultimately treat your injury.
Follow ups will involve a good portion of skilled hands-on manual therapy that athletes find very helpful followed by neuromuscular controlled movements and mobility work that can take your game to the next level!
Once you reach our return to sport phase we integrate performance training into your regimen. Â
Every session is designed to be a lesson in learning about your body. Â We tie in the body, mind, and spiritual connection for a full wellness and athletic approach!

Dr. Rob Lin, PT, DPT, CSCS is the trusted Doctor of Physical Therapy for many Bay Area sports medicine surgeons and specialize in bringing people out of pain and to the highest level possible! He combines Rehab, Recovery, Sports performance training, and Muay Thai in his approach.
If you seek to optimize your sports or recreational performance and body longevity, we also provide performance training and sports massage / mobility work as well as offer Muay Thai Lessons.

BARRE CLASS AT THE TECHNIQUE PT!
Instructor: Aubrey Ferreira
Aubrey started her dance journey in kindergarten and has been taking class, performing and teaching ever since.
Her favorite dance memories are performing at the SF MOMA and teaching youth.
Her take on Barre Technique is all about connecting to the deep power of the body through intentional, mindful movement and the joy we can all tap into in that space.
She teaches the small group Barre Class at The Technique where you will build your ability to:
Sculpt your body into dancer shape
Build Core, Pelvic Floor, Hip, Ankle, & Foot stability
Learn the foundations of ballet & dance
Improve flexibility of your entire body
